60 days from transplant – first offered to the public in 2011 by Tatiana’s TOMATObase. Sleeping Lady is a regular leaf dwarf variety that produces oblate medium sized fruit that ripen to a brick red, chocolate hue. The flavor is well balanced and mild, and the variety is quite prolific. It originated from a cross made by Patrina Nuske Small between Budai Torpe and Black from Tula, and named Grumpy. Sleeping Lady was selected and named by Sherry Shiesl.
