Description
75 days from transplant – first offered to the public in 2015 by Sample Seed Shop and Tatiana’s TOMATObase. Fred’s Tie Dye is a regular leaf dwarf variety that produces oblate medium to medium large fruit that ripen to a dusky rose purple hue with green and gold vertical stripes. The flavor is intense and well balanced, and the variety is quite prolific. It originated from a cross made by Vince Lavallo between Dwarf Wild Fred (a Dwarf project release from 2010) and Pink Berkeley Tie Dye and named Messy. Fred’s Tie Dye was selected and named by Vince Lavallo.
