75 days from transplant – first offered to the public in 2010 by Victory Seeds. Dwarf Emerald Giant is a potato leaf dwarf variety that produces oblate medium to large fruit that ripen with green flesh and clear skin, often showing a pale pink blush at the blossom end. The flavor is well balanced and sweet, and the variety is quite prolific. It originated from a cross made by Patrina Nuske Small between Golden Dwarf Champion and Green Giant, named Sneezy. Dwarf Emerald Giant was selected and named by Craig LeHoullier.
